Hey there,

my name is Hannah Smentkowski and I am the photographer, videographer, hiker, camper, craft beer drinker, and writer for Hannah Unbound!

I started this photography and videography business to share my years of outdoor adventures with the world, but now it has become something far greater than that.

Now, I help people explore the outdoors with confidence, and help eco-friendly businesses flourish in this modern online space with photos and videos for their companies.

I have been practicing photography for over 15 years, and now I have several years of work on the art of videography and blogging. Being able to be creative in my pursuit of visual storytelling is a dream come true. I learn more every day about my craft and I'm excited to share my expertise with all of you!

A little bit more about me...

My favorite ways to enjoy nature are:

hiking
backpacking/car camping
identifying native plants (I'm quite the botany nerd)
enjoying a fresh craft beer outdoors
and taking pictures of all of it!

My current home base is San Diego, California, USA, but I'm frequently on the move and am willing to go almost anywhere at any time.
